This is the attachment I use for Anal Cleanouts. Note there is a flow restrictor on the shower and another on the hose, so flow is reduced.

Yes, I like it better than the perforated probes used in Enema’s. It is easier to get water in by just holding over your anus, bit like blowing into a trombone
