This is unacceptable and criminal. There is a clear line in sadomasochism. If the activity causes injury or permanent marks then it is violence and considered criminal under law.
These women have no humanity, that is NOTHING MORE THAN inhumane cruelty. Where is the consent, how does he verbalise a safe word with his mouth gagged, How does he signal a stop code/gesture with his body restrained like that.

He knew what he was letting himself in for and I am sure he was happy to undertake the punishment for the reward offered. With two such beautifully dominant women I would have offered myself up for treatment. I would have taken the option to be gagged because I know I would wimp out if I could and I know that later I would have wished that I took the complete punishment.
