Its a Males Edge penis extender, find them on ebay. These are a bit pricey but i believe it to be one of the best ones on the market. The only downside is its made of plastic and i have broken a couple already. Mine is modified. It a hybridized model combined with an ads, all day stretcher. Those can be found on ebay too.
