Today I started with the 10 mm cane at MAX strength and after the first three dozen I switched to the 8 mm cane. I reduced the strength to 8, but increased it again to 9 and later to 10. Also I experimented with a new camera angle. The disadvantage is that you cannot see the impact of the cane on my ass, the advantage is that you can see my reaction to the strikes.
