It would be a dignificznt new departure from the existing angles you have used and would offer a whole new persepctive on your body. As you say, with your tripod it should be perfectly easy to set it up. When you’re on all fours just be sure to spread your knees and legs nicely apart so that we get to see everything opened up and exposed
