Saline sacs are my weakness. Infused my own a month ago when I had 5 days with my wife out of town and loved the process and the look. I took 1500 ml for my first time. Alas, the effect did 2 things that were not so great. First it also engorged my penis in a grotesque way and second the effect on my sac dissipated completely in 3 days.
